Not sure ive ever seen that on a gm part. I'm not seeing any GM decals on the bottom of the hood either, wondering if the hood has been replaced?
do the hinge to hood bolt heads look like they've been in or out? Chips missing on all sides of the head flats?

TKY is/was a manufacturer of replacement automotive (and other parts) based out of Taiwan. Your original hood has been replaced at some point.

the 98 on the bolts is the type of strenght the bolt has in metric.
standard has grade 5, grade 8 etc, metric has their own ratings.
the hood and whatever else that has the 1/98 logo means it is aftermarket parts.
been replaced do to a fender bender or some type of damage.

Original class 9.8 bolts,Taiwan aftermarket hood- probably made 1/98...
