Anyone know anything about these......how do they look installed?

 

I notice that they don't appear to have the speaker area molded into them. Ones I have seen in other cars over the years are a hard plastic (no flex like the factory pad), and more often than not didn't look like they fit all that well, not sure if these ones are that way or not. For $81 you could buy a perfect factory pad on eBay, or 6 to 7 pads at a U-Pull It.
