Yes this is the complete assembly unbolted from the car. I dont have any pics since I need more batteries for my camera, but it looks just like any other pulldown. Goes up, goes down, no unusual noises

Bringing the price down would be better than trashing it IMO. If you can get $25-$50 shipped for it then at least that's better than the $0 you'd get out of trashing it.
