You think their is a way to make them for 12" because i just found out thats the sizes of my subs.

cut the holes bigger or ghetto it by putting a spacer ring in between the box and subs, wouldnt recommend either though

Would you be willing to cut it for me since i don't have a idea of howto do it before you ship it if i buy it

not really, because depending on how deep your subs are, the box may be too shallow, the same company makes a dual 12" enclosure that is deeper to accomodate the bigger subs and the larger required airspace for them
