Are you talking about the whole shifter assembly? That I do have. It is the one with one notch on the shaft.

I've got that. The ball I already have pending to a guy in sweden though. If you are just looking for the mechanism I have that though.

I think I have two. Will have to check. Just put a megashifter in my car and picked up another one before that a few years ago. Both are in good shape, not all rusted or anything. No pics, I could get you some tonight when I get home from work if you wanted. If I can get them both in the box I'll send you both.
