I have a dash pad that I need to get rid of. It's from a 1990 Firebird Formula, and it's in great condition. The dash pad has no cracks, scuffs, or discolorations - but I can't find the screws for it.

According to this post: https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/hist...r-plastic.html it should fit any 82-92 F-body. I think you'll need RPO code D42 to have the brackets in your car, though.

I don't have the RPO >D42 I know there has been some guys that have fabbed some brackets so they could have a shade. I will research and get back with you.

I think Camaros use a different dash pad, but I'm not 100% sure. You might want to check around about that one. If you find out it'll work, let me know - I just don't want to screw anyone over with a part that doesn't fit.

While unrolling the cargo shade for a picture, I had trouble rolling the last foot or two back up. I don't have my third gen anymore to test it in the car, so I'd have to assume it's broken. Got 3 offers on the dash pad I'm waiting on replies for, though.

From what I've read, Camaros use a different dash pad. The other guys on the forum can correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think mine will fit your car.

 

Camaro and Firebird use two different pads. They are not the same. Theres a thread on this in the History/Restoration section.

The guy ended up not wanting the cargo cover (I think), so I still have it. If you're interested in a BROKEN cargo shade and want to come pick it up & give me a couple bucks, send me a PM. The thing doesn't roll up all the way, but the cloth is still good, and I don't feel like screwing around trying to fix it. If I don't hear back before next weekend, it's going in the dumpster.
