Autometer 5716 Fuel Level Gauge, Phantom I
Hey all,
Im selling my Autometer 5716 Fuel Gauge. Its a Phantom series gauge, and was installed in my LS1 swap car for only about a month. I took it out in favor of a programmable version.
Here's the deal with this gauge. This is the link to it on Autometer's site:

When you get this gauge, Autometer needs to modify it for the LS1 tank. The air core movement needs to be reversed. LS1 tank is 40 empty 250 full...and this gauge is 240 empty 33 full. This requires sending it back, and having them perform the work...costing around $20-30 if I remember correctly. Once they do, the gauge will work pretty well.
It retails for approx $50 new, give or take. This one has a few scratches around the bezel, none of which happened until I took it off and tried to store it haha. I think something rubbed against it in the box I had it in. I touched it up a little...but it doesnt look too bad. So, after the gauge, sending it back to Autometer and all, its around $70 conservatively.
How about $45 shipped? The only thing Im including with it is the factory autometer light kit. So bulb socket, bulb, wires and colored covers. It does have the bracket and thumb screws.

Let me know!
Justin
