This is a NOS key and cylinder. It came in a box of misc 3rd gen stuff I bough some years ago. It did not come off a car. It is NOS. But I do not (and never did) know what number VATS it is. You should be able to take the key to a locksmith and have them test the chip so you'll know what number VATS it is and then you can adjust your ECM.
