I think he's looking for a horn cam,is it the piece that the horn spring go's into???If so,the part no. is 26047013 and it is available at your GM dealer.

Actually, I think the lead and contact spring pass through the turn signal cam.

It could be,I just put that cam in a week ago,I think the counter guy called it a canceling cam or something.
