I'm looking for A-pillar clips for the trim piece which runs up the windows that'd fit either 82 or 83 Trans Ams.

Check Ebay - I see them there all the time. They usually have the newer design with the rubber insert for sale.

$10 for 4 is a bit steep. Wonder what they cost at the dealer....

I'm not in a rush, so if anyone has them for cheaper, post up.

 

Don't recall what the cost was at the dealership, which is where a purchased mine. GM 20462090 (the part number is still good at GMPartsDirect).

Think I'll go with the $17 one. Can't figure out how to order from Fastenal and they also charge tax.

 

I have ordered from clips and fasteners before. They are a good company. I am sure you can pick up some rubber weatherstrip and add it to the clip. My original 82 clips don't have the rubber anyway.
