looking for a complete hatch pull down motor
It must be a complete working unit with relay, latch ..ect. Just purchased a new motor for my car but can't get it to work right it only works if I ground it at the motor switch. If you have any ideas let me know also

Check eBay, I see them for sale there a lot. Most of them are used and even if they are working, I'd buy a new main plastic gear and replace it in any used unit before installing it just to be safe.

Did you check the little plastic flipper underneath the latch that engages the motor to pull down? Just did this last week and thought I was going to replace everything, but it was just the little flipper.

are you talking about the up and down stop switch attached to the top of the motor or the striker switch? I can get it to work if I ground the motor direct one way or the other. Also my relay makes no noise either is that strange?

I'm talking about the small plastic flipper right by the latch that catches the trunk as it comes down. If you push it down, you will engage the motor and it will pull down. As to the relay making no noise.... Don't think that's a good thing
