Hi guys, thanks for the offers for the hatch motor. I did get a new one locally, but that's not working either, so I am going to make sure I do not have an electrical issue first before I buy another. Will let you know if I need one, thanks to all who replied.

Take off the center Counsole, there is only 1 red plug wire that goes I to the rear of the un-lock power, just take a simple light tester and test the wire, but be careful, u will only get power when the button is pressed down some are just stright power, but just hold the button and check for the light to see if power is going threw it, if power is good? Check the rear hatch where the ground is located at, if all is good? Then just jump the rear hatch motor manually, vey simple, but u must again have ground to do so, if all els is good? Get your money back as most of them ordered new is and are duds, happened to tons of guys on here, I myself is one of them,

If by chance u have another Camaro or firebird or a friends ask if u can just use there truck to test out your motor, maybe just 1 wire out of the 5 are not connected somewhere, but remember u have 2 grounds, not 1, good luck and post back with your findings,
John
