82-89 Camaro Dash Assembly

Does anyone have an 82-89 camaro dash assembly in great shape with no cracks?

Looking to upgrade as part of my ongoing restoration project. Mine has a crack down the center and a couple of the areas surrounding the screw holes for the dash pad and broken.

Dang I hate to hear that! What year is your car? Is it the 91 firebird from your profile?

I’m wondering if a fibreglass replacement piece would work with the factory dash pad and also with my cars a/c. These pieces I find are overpriced and cracked anyway from what I have observed in trying to find one that is in perfect shape.

This is one thing that makes owning one of these cars annoying. Don't get me wrong, I love my car, but the aftermarket support just isn't there and it's nearly impossible to find some original parts like this in good shape.

Good morning, hope your holidays were good. My name is John and I am new to 3rd gen. Had several of these back in my younger years and wish I would have kept one. Any ways I have just bought an 89 and rehabbing it as a retirement project. Not sure how old this post is, but I am in need of a new stock dash. Do you still have a dash available or could you point me to some one that may have one? Thanks John 864-787-7270

I managed to a nice find one.. Definitely cost a pretty penny though, can see why people do the 4th gen dash swap
