different underdash trim panel for manual cars?

I'm finishing up my auto to T-5 swap, is there a difference in the trim panel above the pedals between the auto cars and those with 5 speeds?
I can't seem to squeeze mine in as it collides with the clutch pedal.
I don't recall seeing this mentioned in any of the transmossion swap posts.

Never mind...I figured it out.
There is a cut-out guidline molded into the back side of the panel, it was covered up with glued on foam.

Yup. The under dash trim for a manual has a cut out for the clutch pedal to slip into.
