grant steering wheel help please

its easy to find a steering wheel i like and i know i can install one.....if it is meant to fit. i did a search on here and found alot of guys with 89 and lower f-bodys with the grant wheel. when i went to summit to search for the wheel adapter kit it said " Camaro: 69-89" and that was all they had. If i use that kit, should it work on my 92?!!! Im sick and tired of the grandma looking caddy-style airbag hanging in my face all the time.

Summit will tell you no because of airbag. So I purchased the same install kit for 89-lower. I even forked out the dough for the aluminum version, well worth it in my opinion. So just call summit and tell them you have an 89 and they will send you the right kit.
