theres a way easier way by not taking the tracks and every thing out. And no rivit gun needed. Drill through the inner door panel metal to expose the 3 rivits holding the motor on the regulator. There is a template around on this site that you print out and you tape to the door. I shows where to drill the holes to expose the rivits. You are just going through the door metal at this point to get a visual on the rivits and drill them out in about 2 seconds per rivot. the whole motor will fall to the floor of the door. Then put in the new motor lining up the gear teeth and using the bolts that come with the motor. Tighten them good and lock tite! Plug it in and be proud and have a beer. Slap the door panel back on. You could grease the tracks and whatever ya think needs it before replacing the door panel.
Good luck,
