AC delete problems

Engine: 305 4bbl HO
Transmission: 700-R4, 3.73 rear
AC delete problems
ok so i have the non AC box and i'm trying to get my old one out and i'm having some problems...i took all the bolts out...(2 from inside the car, right?) and it's loose but only goes so far. do i need to take the blower motor out first or does it come out as a whole
