Carbon Fiber Vinyl Sheets to cover plastic
Has anyone here used those adhiesive backed Carbon Fiber looking vinyl rolls you find at places like Canadian Tire that sell for $20cdn. You cut out the sheet a tad bigger than what you want to put it on (ie. plastic center console cover) and use a heat gun to gently shrink it to plastic part..
You can also use it for the OUTSIDE

On the newer cars I like carbon fiber, but the lines/oldness of our camaros it would just look out of place. To each his own, but I'd recommend against it. These cars are only climbing in value, the more stock, the more money they bring.
if u made an actual carbon fiber overlay kit, i think it could look pretty sweet, The vinyl stuff just doesnt have the depth the real stuff has. And as to these cars climbing in value, the only ones that really are, is the ones with low miles, and that are very desireable, ie. 87 verts, 90 irocs, TTA`s etc etc.
