weatherstripping

Im not sure if this is the right section to post this but I have an 89 camaro with t-tops and I have alot of leaks all around my car and I was thinking about taking my var somewhere to get all new weatherstripping put in. But first I wanted to know if it was hard to put it in yourself or if any1 had a guide to do it yourself because If it is not that difficult I will try and do it
thanx 4 any help

there are four adjuster plates around the t-tops so you can get more downwards clamping pressure on the t-tops. Try tightening these up if you are looking to try and save some money. if not, do a search... i would recommend getting it done correctly either route you take. i believe (correct me if i'm wrong) that gm kits come with fairly detailed instructions for installation.

Are you fairly good with working with your hands? It's not rocket science, just takes a lot of patience and for the t-tops especially a lot of important cleaning/prep work before you put the new seals in.

Its not leaking really from the t-tops its more where the t-top and door meet and also it leaks all around my rear window and it has a weird leak along the front side of my door.
