Actually that 1 is from a early 90's nissan nx2000, the toyota truck was my other choice since I had access to 1 of them also. This 1 looked a little better in my eyes and had the adjustable size.

This 1 does have a handle lip on it, that is why I went with it over the toyota.

I havn't had a chance to really test it out on the road, but I pulled on it a few times and it seems solid.

As long as he doesn't have a beer in it, then I'm sure it won't matter. He could make other third genners jealous when they pull up next to him and see that he has a cup holder and they don't.

That's sweet! I never thought of that. My Subaru has a similar setup and I need to replace the one in my Subaru, might get an extra for the Camaro

Nice job! And since the can will sit in front of the AC vent, it'll keep your beer cold. Ah, I mean pop!

That is an inventive and cool way to add cupholders
.I was thinking of using a early '90s fullsize GM pickup cupholder but I'm not sure if it would be to bulky.I have the LH & RH door mounted F-body cupholders but I'm hesitant to cut my door panels(alhough I think I can split them so they could be sewn back together)

I have a cupholder similar to that, same size and shape but some differnces. I also had an idea like that.
Been trying to figure out how to mount mine in a TA.
Oh well, nice job.
