armrest removal?
how do i remove the front connection of the armrest of an 89 IROC? not sure if it makes any difference but it fastens to the panel where the power switches are located on the door panel. I'd appreciate some advise.

Engine: 305 TPI
Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 3.27 Posi 9 bolt PBR
It attaches by a torx screw.Its a T-30 just like the other 2 screws that hold the armrest.If you have the fatter style deluxe armrests there might be a small trim piece covering the screw hole so you would have to pry it out with a small flathead screwdriver first to get access to the torx screw
