88 IROC Key color?

88 IROC Key color?
My key that came with the car is black on the end. I ordered an extra set & the dealer gave me the metal ones. Which one is correct? ...Thanks

Thanks, I thought it didn't look right. The looks bad with everything on the column being black. I made the mistake of thinking the dealership must know what they are doing.
