i have a91 z28 and i want to remove all the plastic and make it fiberglass and finish it with a nice paint...mostly the peices in the trunk along the sides im sure you all know wut i am talking about...

can anyone tell me about this foam spray i am hearing about...do i just take the peices out i want to change spary with this foam and its ready to be installed and painted or is there more to it????
