help... dash buttons?

help... dash buttons?

im not familiar with firebirds at all.. i bought an 83 the otherday. and i dont know how to turn on the windshiled wipers..this sounds extemely stupid, but every switch and button i hi tnothing works.. and there are several buttons on the dash i have no idea what they do? i see the rear defrost and hatch button, but what about the other 3? thanks alot -Matt

Its the stalk on the steering column, twist to turn the wipers on.

the same one as the blinkers? i twisted that and nothing happens so i didnt know if it was broken or that just wasnt it.. im more interested in those 3 buttons just to the right of the steering wheel on the dash..

Should be for the rear defrost, hatch and either the sub or your rear wiper.
