shifter

i'm thinking about buying a B&M shifter for my 86 iroc z but i don't know if its gonna mess up my console cus it's taller and has a boot on it. its an automatic. anyone got any ideas?

I just installed the B&M Quick Silver Ratchet Shifter in my car, what I had to do is custom make a cover...that's all, so no boot or anything...looks cleaner, I will post some pics later when I get some and you will see.

I've got a B&M Mega Shifter, and the only thing I don't like about it is, the indicator cable bent. So, when your driving down the road it still says your in park.
