question about something I found under seats in my 91 z
I have a 91 z I got about a month ago it has a weak fuel pump so I pulled a peice of the rear carpet to see if there was a cheater panel(like most f-bodys) anyways I found a little black box thingy with a wire cover that goes to it from the front somewhere and I have no idea what its for,can someone please help me figure out what it is??thanks,,,,,,,,,,steve

I have no idea. About the only thing I can think of would be a rollover switch or a relay of some sort. how many wires are comming out of it?

Wires from the fuel pump to the ECM.
I think.

I just replaced my pump yesterday, the wires coming out of it (tank side) definately run up to the connector on top of the fuel pump cover, or whatever its called. The other end I ASSUME is going to the ECM. Definately towards the front of the car.

its just one wire cover black going to the front,I am not sure what the box is or what it does,,thanks for the input,,,,steve
