Hate to sound like a dum@*^%$#, but what is the cable on the right? One on the left is shifter cable.Badman

Transmission: 5-Speed and Automatic
Axle/Gears: no idea
if your talking about under the center armrest/console where your shifter is. if its connected to your e-brake handle then its your emergency brake cable.

No there are 3 cables under the console I just took out. One shifter cable, e-brake is still hooked up. Third cable just laying there.

by the way I meant right in the pic, not as to right/left of console. Badman

not sure something to do with the transmission or acclerator cable maybe. not quite sure. why do you want to know. something wrogn with the car?

Thats your cable for your locking steering wheel. Allows it to only lock in park. i only know this cause when i bought my new B&M shifter it says to tape it in the park position.

Ah, the mystery is solved. The car has a MegaShifter. Thanks for all the replys, didnot have a clue whai it was. Thanks, Badman Am just replacing carpet, that is why i"m ripping everything out.
