Id say theyll come out with time...perhaps you could accelerate the process with a blow dryer?

I didnt install my rear 4th gens for awhile after I swapped the front ones in. They sat in the shed. Had some nice dents and ridges in them from sitting for over a year. I installed them let the car out in the sun for a bit, and they came right out. Blow dryer should work too... They will work themselves out over time...
