Mirror with compass and temp.
Has anyone installed a mirror with temp and compass? I searched and found nothing. My truck has it and I love knowing my misery factor.
Does not seem to be a difficult part to install.

I installed a **** mirror (auto dimming, temp, compass) in my 85. The most difficult part, IIRC, was running the wires down the A pillar.

I just swapped a fourth gen mirror with the map lights and auto dimmer into my car. I tried finding the one with the temperature but i just gave up. Im very happy with this mirror though

What year/model 4th gen did that come out of? I was not aware of any factory auto-dimming 4th gen mirrors.

Weird. Guess that was another feature that they dropped on the later ones...just like adjustable headrests, adjustable lower seat cushions, performance shift options for automatics...oh well. That being said though, I'm going to start paying more attention to rearview mirrors on 4th gen's at pullapart.

They're more common in other GM models than 4th gens (caddys, Grand Ams especially).Thats where i got mine, no temp though.Just the compass.
