Need Window Help Badly

I removed door panels, plastic weather guard, lowered window all the way down, and then removed screws to replace outer window sweep. I also had to remove filler panel. Installed new sweep and put everything back together less guard and door panel. Now window is about 1 inch back from filler piece.(see photo) I touched no adjustment bolts on window anywhere. Filler piece is right back where it was according to bolt marks. Any idea whats wrong? In photos you can see old mark where window rode in the filler piece groove, now it's where it is in the photo. Lesson to be learned. Donot work on the car after working all day elsewhere. I forgot about rubber trim piece that rides on window and mounts to filler piece. So I solved my problem by taking a shower and now going to bed. Badman
