seats fliping forward and not locking

seats fliping forward and not locking
my seats flip forward and don't lock, i have see people talkin about an internal lock?..what is it and how to i ingage it.... thanks for your help!

Not an internal lock, an inertial lock, like the one that locks the seatbelts in a crash.

I'm assuming the passenger seat is moving forward n strong braking. Here's a trick to cut down on the problem. Lean the seatback a bit back. This lowers the center of gravity lessening the tendancy to have it flop forward. I eventually solved it by swapping the seats for aftermarket ones.
