Rear veiw mirror measurments
Rear veiw mirror measurments
Could someone please take a measurement and see how many inches your rear view mirror is down from the roof line?
I installed mine using the measurement from my S-10 and it seems way too close. I"m goin blind here!

Well for me hte lowest point on the mount at the glass is exactly 3 inches from the roofline... so if you measured to the top it would be like... 2 inches and change or so?
But I know my mirror isnt the mirror my car came with so... maybe not a good frame of reference.

Mine is 3 inches measured from the outside from bottom of the rubber glass moulding to the top of the Mirror bracket. My glass is original and never been replaced.

There should be a small mark on the glass where the mounting button for the mirror attaches. There was on mine, might miss it if you weren't looking for it.
