Dash Emblem?

Dash Emblem?
I am trying to restore the interior in my 85 Z28 and the dash emblem has been missing ever since I bought the car. I am unsure as to what color it was originally. Red, Orange, or yellow? Are there any other colors that were factory? I would like silver like my rocker emblems. Are there any other options that I can use that would still look factory? Thanks for the help.

Im not sure but most of the Z28 emblems that i have seen were the red... im thinking thats the one that should go there but im not sure.

It's redish-orange but, if you have a T.P.I. engine you would need the z28 badge that says Tuned Port Injection under it.
As for optional ones I have seen purple ones (not sure what year) and 90-92's had the yellow emblem.

The emblems were a reddish-orange. If you have TPI, I do have that dash emblem with the red Z28 and tuned port injection underneath it. I'd probably be willing to part with it if interested. A couple of mounting tabs on the back are missing, but the center one is still there, and I had it in my car for a while and it held fine. PM me if interested.
