Whats the name for this part?

I pulled this off my 82 berlinetta a few years back and am thinking about selling it now but I have no idea what the name is. Maybe a cargo cover or something?

Re: Whats the name for this part?

In order for it to work correctly, the rear plastic piece (the one at the rear of the car with the rear cargo light) is required. This piece has a large lip that the cargo cover rests on. IIRC, two versions of this latter piece were made: one for coupes and one for t-tops. Cars equipped with this feature had studs that came through the gas tank side of the well so that the cover could be bolted down. A metal piece was spot welded near the pass side tail light to accomodate the locking mechanism. The following link provides an installation how-to:

My Formula did not originally have one of these, but I installed one shortly after buying the car in 98.
