Re: haze on gauge lense

I, on regular basis, see great, clear, gauge clusters (the lenses especially) in the junk yards here. I replaced mine with a JY one that was clear.

I think that would be the cheapest, easiest way to go. IMO

I bought new from Gm for, IIRC, $40 or so. Before shelling out the bucks, you might consider plastic polish such as 3M and some elbow grease. You might be surprised at the outcome.

Re: haze on gauge lense

or just use some toothpaste. i saw it on two guys garage and tried it on the fog/driving lights and it made them pretty clear. just rub it in with a clean cloth and alot of elbow grease and then wipe it off.

Re: haze on gauge lense

tooth paste works in minor haze sometiems but alot of them it doesnt help at all

ive triedon lots of them and aon taillight lenses and other stuff it doesnt work at all on most

works decenton CD's and stuff though

but they are rarely scratched too bad though

normally

new lenses or try meguires or soemthing yeah

85-up stuff is dirt common

try finding one susch as for an 82 83 84 bird in nice condition, as i need, good freaking luck

it could be alot worse for you

good luck
