First welcome to TGO.

Now on your question the 4th Gen front seats are a bolt in.From what I've read the 4th Gen rear seats are a bit more narrow than the 3rd Gen seats but they fit without problems. You should do a search in the Interior section though to find out more information. There are Stickies at the top of the section I believe. Also check the Tech articles on the main page for the seat belts.

On using the 4th Gen wheels you will need spacers for them as the offset is very different from the 3rd Gen wheels.Again do a search in the Suspension section for more information.Again check the stickies at the top for wheel fitment checks/guides.

Yea, the 4th gen FRONT seats are a direct bolt in, and 100x more comfortable than the 3rd gen seats. I got a set of leather seats out of a 95 Bird and love em. I have heard that the rears are a little more tricky to fit in there, but can't support that as I have not gotten that far.

Don't be scared to buy stuff over the internet. If you are then you will never get what you want done. I just bought a set of 2002 Trans Am leather seats off eBay and they were exactly what I wanted. Just make sure you know what you're getting and (if on eBay) that the seller has good feedback and you'll be fine. I've only been scammed a few times in probably 4 or 5 years and most of those weren't on car parts so they don't even count.

On the wheels, I believe you need 2" adapters for the rear and 2.25" for the front. Do not take my word for that because I don't have those wheels and I don't know for sure. I am pretty sure those sizes are correct for Vette wheels but I'm not sure if the 4th gen Camaro wheels are the same offset or not.

Re: ?'s about my 3rd gen camaro

if you change out thr rearend for a 4th gen (direct swap in just 1.5 wider per side) no spacers are needed for the rear, its safer, and all the rims that would fit a 4th gen will fit even the 17x11 zr1 this is what i did and if you have drums in the rear a great way to get disks also just change out the propotioning valve.
