i plan on putting 4th gen seats in my 91 rs, i found out they're a direct bolt in, but i was thinking again..lol, and i was wondering do i have to use 4th gen seat belts or can i keep the stock 3rd gens?

Im pretty sure you can keep the thirdgen seatbelts, but Im not 100%.

 

the reason why i ask is bc the junkyards are *******s around here(they charge too much) and there is only like 3 yards around, this blows, o well

 

The seats are a direct bolt in, the seat belts are only a direct bolt in for 82-83's. You don't need to use the 4th gen seat belts just use yours.
PS, you can bolt up your seat tracks to the seats to keep the seat track bolt covers original if you would like.

 

Agreed, there'd be no reason to swap to 4th gen seatbelts.
