rear view mirrior fell off

Car: 1982' camaro Z/28
Engine: lt-1 out of a 95' impala ss
Transmission: viper spec t-56
Axle/Gears: Ford 9in 3.90 gears
rear view mirrior fell off

my rear view mirror fell of in my maro and ive tryed many different glues to get it mounted back up and it wont stay does anyone have an idea? whats a good glue to go with?

just go to autozone or advance auto and they have a kit for you.....like 5 bucks maybe

they sell a kit at most auto parts stores. the glue in those kits seems to work fairly well. just make sure that you clean the mounting surface thoroughly before doing it.

Just make sure you only glue down the base and let it set, I know a guy who tried to glue down the whole mirror

I tried the kits a couple of times and nothing worked. I followed the instructions to a "t" all the time. I eventually went to an auto glass repair shop and they did it for free. Cold call and find out a price if it is 10 bucks it will be worth it. That is my experiance
