i have a 1992 camaro rs and i was wondering if there is any way to turn off the interior lights, when the doors are open so i dont kill my battery?, can any one help me with this?

 

Under normal circumstances, such as cleaning the interior, leaving the doors open shouldn't present a problem. A much longer period? Unhook the battery (a two-minute job).

When you open the door from the inside look in the open space at the front and there are little door pins, you could undo the wiring to where the pusher does nothing,or you could just tape the pin down so if you decided you wanted it back you just haft to undo tape. If you have a Car alarm I wouldnt do either because most alarm triggers use these pins.

 

Umm. How long do you plan on having your doors open?.
