Manual Shifter **** Replacement (Aftermarket)

Howdies again

Has anyone ever found a replacement shifter handle that would work without any real modifications on an 86 Camaro with the original 5 speed manual transmission ? I was looking for a T type handle instead of the dreary plastic cueball **** it has currently. The shifter (The stock one) has the monsterous thread size so I havent seen any T handles yet that would work like Mr. Gasket has etc. All those holes have been pretty small that would work on hurst shifters etc

Any sugguestions on what would work would be greatly appreciated

Easy, find out the thread size of the shifter, drill out the shifter **** to the size you need and use a tap on it to make the threads. Done.
