Re: electirc to no electric seats
think the tracks are connected to the seats on both models, and the entire seat/track combo is bolted to the studs coming from the floor...but it's been some time since i removed mine.
Removing interior depends on how much you're wanting to remove. Seats are easy, fronts are 4 nuts on each seat, rears are one bolt on each seat bottom...can't remember about the seat back, and if swapping from a split fold down, to a single fold down rear seat, you have to hack up the center pivots used on the split seat....if going the opposite way, you'd have to add that center pivot (but i wouldn't go that way)...best of luck.

Re: electirc to no electric seats
The seats are easy to remove. On the electric ones there is the connection under the drivers seat to disconnect. Do this after you have it unbolted because you have to move the power seat foward to get the back crews. Entire seat removal or install should take a half hour tops.
The tracks are attached to the seats and are the same for both kinds of seats.
If you are removing the carpet you have to remove the center console as well which may or may not mean disconnecting your radio. Nothing hard to remove console but make sure you know how to take your shifter **** off. And you will need that special tool to remove the seatbelt fixture by the door on the floor.

I believe the seat belt retainer bolts require a T-50 torx(it's been awhile for me also) for both the retractor assembly and the receiver next to the console.
