Broken Seat Bolt

Broken Seat Bolt
Okay, today while removing my drivers seat the bolt in the front broke off. Now I dont have a hole to put a new bolt back in with the replacement seat. What are my options?

Drill out a hole, tap it, and thread in a bolt from the bottom up. Go stainless and put some sealer on it to keep out the moisture.
