Noise in blower motor
When I turn on the heat weather if its vent, hrt or etc it sounds like something fell into the blower motor or is it going bad. Anyone have this issue. 91 Firebird V6

Re: Noise in blower motor
Pop the hood and pull out the blower motor. The fan comes out attached to the motor. If I remember there's only 6 or 7 screws holding it in. It would be a good idea to go ahead and replace the motor while you've got it out. I put a new one in my 91 a couple months ago and it made a huge difference in the amount of air it puts out. The motor is cheap, I got mine for $17 at advance auto.
