Re: Will a "Hurst Pro-Matic" shifter work in 4th gen manual console?
i extensively modified a b/m quicksilver to hide in a 4th gen console.
i had to modify the shifter base, cut the frame, and make my own custom shifter handle/****.
it all turned out real nice and bolts in the factory location to the floor.
i can tell you the 4th gen console is fairly shallow inside. see if you cant get some pics of the shifter from hurst without the cover on it, or maybe some deminsions.
good luck!
