I put in a 5 pt harness on both seats, so the stock seat belts are long gone. I was looking on ebay and it seems that 82-87 headliners do not have holes in the liner for the seatbelts, but the 88-92 ones do. For my 89, could I order a pre-87 headliner so I dont have the holes? My old one wasnt worth recovering, so thats out of the question. If like to have a new(er) piece anyways

 

all 82-92 Camaro's Firebird have a hole for the seatbelts.

I would just recover either you current one, or another and just not cut out the holes.

 

i checked out "camaro headliner" on ebay and didn't see anything really seperated between 87 and 88, yet there were titles claiming 82-87 but if you read the description it says 82-92, same with the auction by the same guy that says 88-92, also says inside 82-92, possibly include the two different auction you were looking at for better comparison, both of the auctions i looked at though didn't look like the seatbelts were cut out, but both were t-top auctions, i didn't happen to notice any hardtops if thats what you were looking for.
