4th gen seats will it look right

Ive searched a bit but cant fidn what im looking for, I know everything will bolt over just fine, my question is, will it look right?

Currenty my interior is mostly black with the deluxe style charcoal/grey seats and my arm rest is grey, door panels black and black carpet, Im looking at getting some grey seats out of a 97 firebird, but I dont know if they will look right, what do you think, if anyone has a pic that would help too.

Re: 4th gen seats will it look right

I have dark gray seats from a 96 firebird in my car, they look 110% better than stock. They are also much, much more comfortable and supportive.

Re: 4th gen seats will it look right

I picked up my set today and ive installed half of it, lol, got the driver side done, maybe its just me, but does it seem like the bottom cushion of these sit much more forward than the 3rd gens? like the sliders dont slide as far back maybe?

So far im happy with the results, just seems like i sit so much more forward.

Re: 4th gen seats will it look right

I've had 7 3rd gens. 3 of them driveable, and all 3 ended up with 4th gen seats.

It's a great improvement. Well worth it.

m 6'3 and it seems like i lost some, but also i never had a good driver seat, I think just the better cushion and stuff is making me think that....Are yours manual or power? did you use the stock tracks?

I'm 6' 5"...2 T5s & 1 700R4 later, and never thought the seats were any closer.

Re: 4th gen seats will it look right

Looking at pics of me standing beside the car, I never realized the roof line is pretty much right at my belly button! And the car is't lowered from stock!

Re: 4th gen seats will it look right

Ok I feel so dumb, I didnt realize the 4th gen seats had another adjuster to position the cushion differently, I found it last night by accident and now I have more room than before, just didnt know that lever existed.
