NEEDLE HELP

Hey guys i bought a set of gauge overlays and installed per the directions. I marked where my needles were in realtion to all the numbers and reinstalled my gauge cluster. Now my gauges are off except for the tach and voltage they are close enough but speedo is wrong it wont register till up about 55-60 temp gauge acts like its sticking but it goes to the red when i crank the car and returns to 100 but sticks going back and wont move afterwards. fuel gauge is off it showed 1/2 tank preior to removal i filled it up after reinstall and my car took almost 13 gallons and its way past the full mark. any suggestions i tried to adjust my oil pressure gauge by removing the neddle and adjusting to what i know my car puts out and its still not right and the gauge moves ery slow when it use to not. Can anyone help
