Re: 4th gen seats cost?

That is about right if they are in good condition. The Black Leather seats are the pricey ones.

I would try and low ball him and then try and bargain from there.

Re: 4th gen seats cost?

I paid 300 shipped for a set of mint 96 firebird charcoal colored seats. If they are in great shape, then either you are in the right price range or I got ripped off bigtime

Re: 4th gen seats cost?

Ive seen full sets between $75-1200

If you dont have access to a good JY or a person who doesnt really care you likely wont find a good deal

Ive bought several sets
Mint black cloth $250
Decent tan leather $250
Near mint Beige leather $600

Be prepared to pay for a nice set of seats as they are not as common as they used to be

Re: 4th gen seats cost?

Pull your own part wrecking yards are the best places to score. I picked up two complete Camaro sets, front and rear, gray / black cloth for $125 each. The power track for $50. Shop around but expect to pay a little more for leather. Those go for about $300 for the sets in my area.

Strange but, the Poncho sets pretty much are left to the elements around here. Dont know why?

Re: 4th gen seats cost?

i could have scooped up a set for $50-$75 at the pick and pull, and the power seat tracks go for $10 near me so i picked up the seats from a guy for $130 and then went and found the power seat track. The seats in the JY that i got the power track from were toast cause it was t-top car and they were gone, the doors were gone and it is the middle of winter, lol. Ultimately hook up with a pick and pull JY and then either call them or have them notify you of what they are dropping into their fields so that you can jump on them.

Re: 4th gen seats cost?

depends on what you are willing to pay, I got my seats and the rest of the interior for 50.00 so it is all how mush you are willing to pay, and if you have a buddy that has a parts car. LOL

Re: 4th gen seats cost?

If they are in good condition they are worth what you pay. if you want junk pay the price.

My seats from 95 z28 were mint for $300+ shipping.

Re: 4th gen seats cost?

I gave $300 for my set of ebony leather seats (front & rear) in very close to perfect condition. They're manual tracks, but they have the power lumbar out of an LT1 T/A.

Re: 4th gen seats cost?

I got mine at a local swapmeet.
They are graphite color (black to me anyway)
the fronts are power, and the seats are not cloth but I don't think they are leather either.
Anyway, picked the complete set up for $150 with some slight wear on the driver front.
I actually just went out to the garage to take another look, and they are leather.
So I guess I got off cheap!

Re: 4th gen seats cost?

I got a full set of cloth for $60 - the driver bolster has some fuzz from too much butt meeting it on entry, but a clothes shaver took care of that. Doesn't really matter though, since they were so nice I covered them to keep them that way, and they're never seen. It just all depends on where you are and what you find at the time. But I never dealt with anyone that wouldn't give a price - I just say OK, and walk away - they usually come back with something to start hashing over.
