Re attaching an iroc horn buton
My horn button was busted off and it by the looks of it i think it has been broken off before because there is glue by the 3 stud things that hold it to the wheel, i tried putting it back on but it is so sensitive when i plug the battery back in the horn keeps going. is there any easy way to get the button in the right place. i am tired of usuing the wire to honk my horn and it looks terrible

Re: Re attaching an iroc horn buton
OK...what I did was carefully and slowly tap a small hole in each of the mounting posts with an electric drill. Then used some very small machine screws (maybe 3/16 or 1/4" long) and screwed the plate back on. Be careful to not overtighten the screws or you'll crack the plastic.
Make sure the contact ring is not bent, if it is straighten it before remounting. If it or any of the mount tabs are bent the ring wont line up right and or may make contact and make the horn blow all the time.
Thats how I fixed mine and its been on the car 5 years or more that way.
