Clutch Pedal Bushing

Hey guys, my apologies in advance if this is posted somewhere obvious, but I've been searching forums for the last 30 minutes with no luck.

I'm looking for either a diagram of the drivers' side pedal area that has part numbers, or if someone happens to know the part number for the small white bushing that holds the clutch cable to the pin on the clutch pedal assembly.

I had the cable pop off of the clutch pedal while driving earlier, which wasn't the best time for it to happen, but when is it? =P

Your help is greatly appreciated!

Edit: So apparently there is also a clip that holds it in place? There is no clip there or on the floorboard, so I have no idea what it looks like.
